Most leaders don't lack capability or commitment.

What they often lack is the opportunity to step back from everything demanding their attention.

As organizations grow, decisions become heavier, priorities compete, and it becomes harder to see what actually matters.

I work as a thinking partner to executives and founders navigating exactly those decisions.

How I think

I spent most of my career inside the problems, not beside them.

As a CPA, I learned to trust structure. As a VP Sales helping scale a SaaS company from two to 35+ employees, I learned that structure alone doesn't decide anything. People do.

And what I saw, again and again, is that the decision was seldom the hard part. It was everything around it: competing priorities, concerns no one says out loud, and the quiet weight of being the one who has to choose.

So my work isn't about adding more input. It's about removing what distorts the view until the decision looks simpler than it did.

What it's like to work with me

I've sat where you're sitting. Facing a decision that affects people, revenue, and reputation, with no obvious right answer.

I bring experience and perspective, but I don't assume I have your answer. I listen for what isn't being said. I ask the question you've been circling. And I help you examine what's really going on without rushing toward a conclusion.

You leave with your own decision, not mine. That's deliberate.

Clarity only holds if it's yours.
