This policy explains what personal information Wrize Horizon collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how it is stored and protected. We have tried to keep it plain and factual.

1. Who is responsible

Wrize Horizon is operated by Brian Carries Naar, who is the person responsible for the protection of personal information.

2. Information we collect

Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message, including anything you choose to share in it

Booking a conversation. The “Start a Conversation” buttons take you to a booking page hosted by HubSpot. The information you enter there is collected through that page. It typically includes your name, your email address and the time you select, plus any other details the booking page asks for or that you choose to share.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to include sensitive information in a message or booking.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Reply to your message or inquiry
  • Schedule and hold the conversation you requested
  • Keep a record of our exchanges and manage follow-up in our client relationship management (CRM) system

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Where your information is stored: HubSpot

We use HubSpot for the contact form, for booking conversations and as our CRM. Information you submit through these tools is transmitted to HubSpot and stored in our HubSpot account. HubSpot acts as a service provider on our behalf.

HubSpot may store and process data on servers located outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States. HubSpot handles information according to its own privacy statement, available at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

We use HubSpot only for the contact form, booking and CRM. We have not enabled HubSpot marketing, analytics or tracking features on this website.

5. Analytics, cookies and tracking

At launch, this website does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, and it does not use marketing or advertising trackers. We do not use HubSpot tracking cookies on this website.

Once you are on the HubSpot booking page, you are on a page operated by HubSpot, which may use cookies or similar technologies needed to run it. Its own privacy statement applies there.

The fonts used on this website are hosted on the site itself. Loading them does not involve a third-party font service.

If we add analytics or tracking in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.

6. Call recording and transcription

Some conversations may be recorded or transcribed, or may use a note-taking service to produce meeting notes. This is not the case for every conversation.

When a transcription or note-taking service is used, you will be informed during or before the meeting. This policy does not replace the information you are given, or the consent you are asked for, at the time of the meeting. If you would rather a conversation not be recorded or transcribed, tell us before it begins.

Where a recording, transcript or notes are produced, we use them to follow up on our conversation and to keep an accurate record of it. They are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

7. Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. We take reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. External links

This website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

9. Your rights

Under applicable privacy laws, including Québec’s Law 25, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask for it to be corrected or deleted
  • Withdraw your consent

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
